Refund within 14 days
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as the league has not yet received any predictions.
Once the league has been used
Once a league has received predictions, the service has started and there is no refund, unless WisePaul fails in a significant way and we cannot fix the problem — in that case we refund the amount proportional to the period in which the service was unavailable.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit the rights the law gives you as a consumer (for example, the right of withdrawal under European Union and Brazilian law). If the law gives you more than what is written here, the law prevails.
How to ask
Write to contato@wisepaul.com with the e-mail used for the purchase and the name of the league. We reply within 5 business days.
How the money comes back
The refund is made to the same payment method used for the purchase, through the payment provider, within 14 days of approval; how long it takes to show up in your account depends on your bank or card.
