Who provides the service

These terms apply to buying a league through this website. Use of the platform (the app) has its own Terms of Service, at the app’s Terms of Service.
What WisePaul is — and is not
WisePaul is a predictions and standings platform for football tournaments, where groups of participants (family, friends, colleagues) compete in a league.
WisePaul is not a betting service. It takes no bets, receives or manages no money or prizes between participants, and does not run draws, contests or games of chance. Using the service for bets, or for prizes in cash or of value, is not allowed.
Plans and prices
There is a free plan, for up to 3 participants, and two paid plans: €15 for up to 30 participants and €30 for up to 100. The price is per league, as a one-off payment, covers one whole competition and includes every feature.
Prices are shown in euros, with applicable taxes included, before you buy. After the competition ends, the league stays available to view.
How to buy and pay
The order is placed through the form on this website. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, identified at checkout, which may act as the merchant of record and issue the receipt; WisePaul does not see or store your card details.
Until online payment is available, the way to pay is agreed directly with the person responsible for the service, after the order.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days, as long as the league has not yet received any predictions. All the conditions are in the Refund policy.
Use of the service
Once you have bought a league, use of the app follows the app’s Terms of Service, which include the rules of use and how account data is handled.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Portuguese law and do not affect the rights the law gives you as a consumer. For questions, write to contato@wisepaul.com.
